In ROOM FOR ONE MORE, four improv duos will have their sets infiltrated by the Wildcards, performers who love to stir things up and cause some chaos.

School’s back in session and classes are steamier than ever! Join Questionable Decisions and some of Montreal Improv's spiciest teachers as they compete for your love and admiration.

Expect surprise pop quizzes, unexpected detentions, and extracurricular activities that will leave you rolling in the aisles. Don’t be tardy—this is one class you won’t want to miss!

Witness two of Montreal’s best improv teams clash in Head 2 Head - a thrilling showdown of wit and spontaneity! You’ll laugh! You’ll cry (tears of joy)!

With a whopping 25 minutes each, these talented troupes will unleash their improv prowess in a bid to win over the audience.

It’s the spectators who hold the power, casting their votes for the standout act. Triumph could mean fame, glory, approval from the improv gods, and a (small) CASH PRIZE!

Our show is a natural extension of the workshop. A regular rotation of some of Montreal’s most talented improvisers always perform, including Sandi Armstrong, Alain Mercieca, Heidi Lynne Weeks, Maité Sinave, Mariana Vial, Adalia Pemberton, Solly Krygier-Paine, Kristina Guevarra, Mason Persaud, Shanthony Exum, Nicky Fournier and Jeremy Lewis . On top of having seasoned improvisers, we also have the new birds that walk in for the first time and steal the show. You could just literally show up and get thrown in the fire of a live show with no script! It has led to many amazing walk-in, home run hitters and creates an awesome “anything can happen” spirit, which is the backbone to improv.

Always entertaining, Sunday Night Improv promises a good time for audiences who are welcome to contribute to the show through their suggestions and voting.

Swing by for an hour and a half drop-in improv workshop for adults! These exciting drop-in classes are open to improvisers of all levels, whether you're just starting out or you want to hone your skills. Practice makes perfect and this weekly workshop will get your head back in the game, introduce new concepts and give you the workout you need to keep moving forward in improv!

ALL LEVELS WELCOME / BEGINNERS TO EXPERIENCED / AGE 18+
Workshops will be taught by experienced improvisers/teachers, and will be held in Studio B. These drop-ins are instructed in English and tend to fill up fast. Registration is highly recommended to reserve your spot, and it's best to do so on Monday or Tuesday.

Make it a Musical is the award-winning musical improv show takes a movie that's not already a musical and turns it into one on the spot*, featuring fully improvised Broadway style song and dance numbers.

 A spine-tingling horror comedy inspired by 90s slasher flicks like Scream, Urban Legend, and I Know What You Did Last Summer. All made up on the spot!

Imagine a theatre piece in which the principal performers know less than anyone else – this is The Dollhouse Project. Without any advance knowledge, the performers will find themselves costumed moments before the show and then thrust onto a set they've never set eyes upon. Unaware of the period, plot, genre, or even their own characters until they set foot onstage, the performers enter into a reciprocal act of creation: they will create a dramatic world and be created by it in turn. The Dollhouse Project is part improvisation, part planned narrative, and all a delirious experiment in spontaneous drama.

MOONLIGHT MUSICAL MIMPROV!

What do you get when you merge Musical Theatre and Improv Comedy? Musical Improv! Players will create mini musicals right before your eyes, based on the audience’s suggestions.

First set: Musical Improv Level 3 class
Second Set: Musical Improv Level 5 class
