On Saturday, June 8 at 8:30pm, the hit improv comedy show FILMS IN FOCUS returns to Mile End Improv as part of the 2024 Montreal Fringe Festival!

Created by Andy Assaf & Jason Grimmer in 2018, FILMS IN FOCUS has been acclaimed by the Montreal Gazette as "one of the funniest shows in Montreal"

Six seasoned performers improvise 'classic' scenes from completely made up films with titles suggested by the audience only to have their performances savaged by "esteemed" critic, Benji Manking. Action films, horror flicks, rom-coms, cult classics & award-winning festival fare, just because these films don't exist doesn't mean they can't be critiqued.

Mile End Improv’s “Fest Of The Fest” Presents: Friday Night's Main Event

Eight teams, ALL MEGA-POWERS, will hit the stage for a one night, single elimination tournament to determine who is the Friday Night's Main Event Champion in a full blown, all out Fringe For All Brawl!

Improv Against Humanity is a Naive Adventure and Montreal Improv co-production mixing the the salacious and vivacious energy of Cards against humanity with improv comedy.

Four audience members will play Cards Against Humanity and the improvisers will use their answers to create scenes for your comedy pleasure. It’s a show that you do not want to miss!
